PC and LOTS of Prayer

Now over 9 months in to foster parenting and as you all know the kids are still here. Things are going pretty well and the girls are learning so much. J is a typical boy loving cars, trucks and dirt.

Things in the case are at a precarious spot. The county has filed for permanent custody. This means that unless a family member wants to take guardianship, we have the opportunity to be considered to adopt the kids. This isn't as cut and dry as you might think. We haven't made a decision yet. This is where the prayer comes in.
We'll see....

Vacation

We had a great time visiting with our friends in Connceticut early in June. We rented a house a block from the beach and it was a perfect week, even with the rain.

On the way into CT we stopped in NYC and went to a park that overlooked the Statue of Liberty and then we also spent one day in Boston (my favorite city).
